• What is the return notice period? We offer a 14-day return and exchange period from the delivery date. • What are the terms for return and exchange? We are keen on conforming to the specifications, but in case the item is defective “malfunction, manufacturing defect”, or damaged upon delivery; the customer has the right to exchange or return the order within 14 days of delivery with no additional fees, given that the returned or exchanged products are in their original condition when they were bought, they have not been used, and the outside cover is in its original condition. Solimanroom has the right to inspect all returned items to check their condition. • Orders placed using Cash On Delivery payment: Our valued customers have the right to check the item upon receipt and return it or request a replacement immediately at the time of delivery without incurring any additional costs - just refuse the delivery or contact us within 14 days as long as the item is in its original condition. and the customer will be charged full shipping fees. The refund will be processed from Solimanroom as soon as we receive and inspect the items within 7 working days via one of the approved payment methods or bank transfer. • Orders placed using Credit/debit card and installment payment: Our valued customers have the right to check on the item upon receipt and return it or request a replacement immediately at the time of delivery without incurring any additional costs - just refuse the delivery or contact us within 14 days as long as the item is in its original condition. and the customer will be charged full shipping fees. We will refund the price of items returned to the same card or the payment method that was used to complete the purchase process as soon as we receive and inspect the items within 7 working days. • Our customers have the right to replace any item with another more than once as long as the item’s not been dispatched. After sending the shipment, the customer can replace it within 14 days of receipt and will charge the full shipment fees with the cost difference, if any. • Products with warranty: The customer has the right to replace only when there is a defect as long as the warranty is valid just in case the defect cannot be repaired in the original item, and the maintenance is provided by the supplier only. • Items purchased under the promotional offer can be refunded at the same price stated in the invoice. • How can I get a refund for the returned item? In cases of using credit cards or installments, we refund the amounts after making sure of receiving the items using the same original payment method according to the previous cases. In the case of using COD, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer only, and there is no possibility of sending it as cash. • Why can’t I return certain items? Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns for the following cases: 1. All items after 14 days of receipt. 2. When a product is used or changed from its original condition in which it arrived for any reason. 3. Products that are designed and manufactured as custom-made. • What are the return and exchange terms for Custom made products? Did you change your mind? You have 14 days to cancel starting from the date you place your order. In case of canceling after 14 days, you'll still be charged the full price.
